Cancellation Policy
Overnight Boarding Policy 1. Booking & Pre-Screening - A Meet & Greet session is recommended for all new dogs to ensure they are comfortable in the home environment. - Booking must be secured with the full payment to hold the dates. Health & Safety Requirements - Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) and on a flea/tick preventative. - Confirmation of vaccination is required before boarding. - Please bring sufficient food for your dog’s entire stay, along with any necessary medication, treats, and a familiar item (blanket or toy) for comfort. - Owner is responsible for drop-off & pick-up. 3. Cancellations - Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will forfeit the full refund. 4. Emergency Situations - In the event of a medical emergency, I will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact immediately. If necessary, your dog will be taken to your designated veterinarian or the closest emergency pet hospital. Costs incurred are the owner's responsibility.
