I don't just watch dogs, I provide expert level care that keeps them safe, happy, and understood! My background as a dedicated foster and volunteer gives me the confidence to care for anyone's beloved pet. Since 2021, I have fostered over 10 dogs and puppies through The Animal Pad and San Diego Humane Society. This means I am experienced in reading dog body language and managing specific needs, from decompression to high-energy play.
About Me
I’m Briana Burton, a real estate investor, Navy veteran, architecture student, and entrepreneur.
I served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee, where I gained hands on experience in construction, project execution, and leadership both in the United States and internationally. My time in the military shaped how I approach everything I do, with strategy, structure, and a mission focused mindset.
I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Architecture at USD, and will continue my education pursuing the MBA/MSRE dual degree program.
As the Founder and CEO of CaliBreeze Properties, I focus on acquiring and developing income producing properties while building a scalable portfolio designed for national growth.
In addition to real estate, I provide personalized dog care services, including dog walking, daycare, and overnight boarding. What started as a genuine love for animals has grown into a trusted service built on reliability, safety, and attentive care.
Whether I am managing a property or caring for someone’s dog, I operate with the same standards of professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Leadership has been a constant theme throughout my journey, from the military to university to business. I believe in building genuine relationships with everyone I serve.
