Cancellation Policy
Doggy Daycare Policy 1. Requirements for Attendance - Booking link: https://calendar.app.google/S4ANsFB6QuiUUkAD8 - All dogs must be spayed or neutered (if over 6 months old). - Dogs must be current on vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. - Dogs must be on a regular flea and tick prevention program. - Dogs must be social and non-aggressive towards other dogs and humans. 2. Owner is responsible for drop-off & pick-up - Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $10 for every 15 minutes. 3. Cancellations - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive the full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the full refund. 4. What to Bring - Please bring your dog's leash, collar/harness, toys, and food they require. 5. Health & Emergencies - If your dog appears ill, please keep them home. If a dog becomes ill during daycare, they will be separated, and you will be asked to pick them up immediately. - In an emergency, I will contact you instantly. If you cannot be reached, I will seek veterinary care at your expense.
